Unacceptable! This company was lined up by my home warranty company (AHS). He insisted that the tenants be home for electrical work on the exterior, so we lined everything up and then he didn't bother showing up. When called, he said they got busy and had to "turn the job back in to the home warranty company". Didn't bother letting me or the tenant know.

Dangerous! This guy was sent to my house by my home owners insurance company, First American Home Buyers. The previous electrician diagnosed a faulty panel that was overheating and tripping breaker, and was approved by the insurance company to replace the panel. They had previously replaced the tripping breaker (20 amp), which did not solve the problem, but they could not get a permit. Parker Electric came in and took the front of the panel off, looked at it for a minute, and then spent about 10-15 minutes trying to get it screwed back on (as he was muttering and praying for help). I offered to hold the panel, but he said it was "heavy as the dickens." I offered to put in the screw while he held it, but he didn't answer me. I waited in the kitchen, and he suddenly left in a hurry, saying he would contact my insurance. On my way downstairs, I noticed the panel door was open, so I shut it and the whole (HEAVY!!!) panel fell down and was dangling by one screw. He had left it barely propped up, ready to fall down at any moment! ...and this is someone I would trust with the electrical wiring in my home??? On top of that, he told the insurance company that "half the house" was on that breaker and would need a 30 amp. I had to have a third electrician come in who actually looked at my wiring and said that I have 14 gauge wire, appropriate only for 15 amp, and that putting in a 30 amp breaker could have caused a fire! I replaced the panel front myself and I am having the work done by a professional. Craziest and most unprofessional experience I have ever had!

Called me and we set an appointment. I changed my work schedule to accommodate to the appointment. Called at the appointment time and said he was sick . When he came out he fixed the old problem quickly.
