  Had a Generac installed a few years ago and had no trouble then. Also, had my yard light upgraded two years ago. I decided to add another yard light on the opposite of my house so I called Dale on Dec. 23rd. Didn't get called back. Called in January, was told I was on the schedule list and they would get back with me. Called two weeks ago and got a recording but no call back and called back last week and was told I wasn't on the list for call-back and apparently they didn't want my business. I can no longer do any business and also cannot refer anyone to this company after this kind of treatment. I didn't know he had people working in the office as I had been talking directly to Dale Platz himself but I guess they have gotten too big to deal with small accounts.

  Had a Generac generator installed. Will not service what they sold. Will not return phone calls. Terrible company to do business with. Once paid you can say goodbye to this company. Even have a signed contract that they will not honor. Stay away from Platz.

  I hired Platz to upgrade my service panels and install a generator. The service team were friendly, respectful and professional. They went out of their way to insure the installation was exactly what I wanted. The Office Staff is kind and helpful too! This was an outstanding experience! Thanks!
