  Potters Plumbing is the best . Responsive professional on time service. I believe my service gentleman was Josh he was in and out fixed the problem with my water heater and was polite and got his job done said good afternoon and left. Potters Plumbing is the best around Thank you Diana. We appreciate your services

  The technician was great, professional, and timely. The owner, Diane, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and will prevent ANY further use of their services from our family. I'm not sure how this company generates income with ownership such as hers. Absolutely ridiculous. We did not refuse to pay. She said she will just zero our account if "we do her a favor and never use them again." As if we would. Diane then proceeded to hang up on me. Your response is ignorant and incorrect Diane; do better. Your technician was there 5 minutes when my husband called you because they didn't have any idea about the replacement per warranty. He was never there for an hour. You're clearly confused. We we're going to just let your company do it, however, your horrible attitude led to the conversation regarding canceling the appointment. Thanks.

  Ma'am. you made an appointment and after we did more than half the work said you didn't have an appointment with us. It's recorded. When we got there no one told us not to do the work- so we did. Then you waited until we did an hours worth of work and didn't want to pay for that work because you found someone less expensive and this is when you tried to tell me you didn't even have an appointment. When I called to find out what's going on you called me a liar (again stating you didn't have an appointment)and cussed at me. We did what we said we would do. Your husband admitted he called too many places and got confused with appointments. I'm sorry for that but we still have to be paid for our time. However, now we've finalized the warranty claim, drained your old water heater and delivered a new one for free. Your husband asked me to drop my pricing and when I said I couldn't is when you decided to cancel. Bottom line, you made too many appointments, got confused and forgot to cancel the one you made with us. When we started the job you didn't stop us and then wanted us to discount our pricing. You waited until we were nearly finished with the job and then "canceled".

  I had a leaking toilet, called and got reasonable appointment time. A couple of days later I got a call the repair tech was on the way. Austin was Fast, Friendly, Professional and Helpful. He took special care to clean up the site after installing new components and mopped up the excess water. Definitely will use Potters again
