  This was my first time using Roy Electric, and this is going to become my go to electrical company. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful, polite. I was kept informed during the entire process. They went straight to work, areas were cleaned after the work. When I first called, I was asked the nature of the work, and I was given helpful information on items I may want to purchase prior to their visit, which would save me money and time. (I loved this information.) They open at 7 am, which means you can get an early appointment. The price was incredible. I was pleased with all aspects of the service. I highly recommend Roy Electric!

  I used Roy Electric to install a few security cameras. Then I noticed a few days later that I was not getting signal from one of the installed cameras. So I texted the owner and requested if someone could come out to take a look at the camera that is not working. He never responsed. So I hired another contractor to take a look at the camera and they discovered that the previous contractors cut the pre wiring too short and did not connect the camera at all. I dont know how you walk away from a job you know you did not complete and still accept payment. Least be honest enough to tell me there was an issue with one of them. Since the wires were cut too short, the new contractors told me that they would have to rip out the existing pre wire and drill holes in my house to install a new one. Now this is going to cost me even more money.

  Mason, I'm sorry your camera isn't working and I don't believe we ever got your text. We take care of these kind of problem right away if we know about them. Running a new cable all the way may not be your best solution and I wish we could of had an opportunity to look into it before you hired someone else. We can make this right if you still need the help.

  Great company! Tyler was my electrician, he was very nice, polite, followed all covid protocol and did a wonderful job. I will call them again for all my projects. I recommend Roy's Electric.
