  Replaced leaky shutoff valves. Estimated at 1.5 hours. 115 for first hour 85 after that. They missed first appointment. Showed up on the wrong day. Then he spent the whole day driving around town looking for a fitting he never found. Cut a hole in the wall to replace. Actually worked an hour. Billed 650 dollars!! Talked to the owner. He was planning on firing the guy but couldn't find a replacement. Negotiating at 2 hours plus parts. Should have been 260 tops. Billed 351 instead. Got everything wrong. Not on time.. don't jeep appointments.. and didn't bill the adjustment as agreed. Zero to 10 stars. I give zero stars.

  I had a broken fitting at the meter came the day before Christmas got it down to a drip was going to be back Tuesday he got the part and a cancelation called Monday to see if he could come that day I said yes. He fixed it and the price wasn't bad I thought it would be arm and a leg but Wes very reasonable plumber was Chris and as the weather clears up I have another job I think he went above and beyond to help us out Give Chris a call tell them Bonnie sent you Thank You Chr
