  We needed a few outlets that were ungrounded protected. Tec Electric responded to our call quickly and they have great customer service. An electrician was able to come out just a few days after our call. They are practicing covid safety. The electrician who came was extremely knowledgeable and competent. We will use them next time we need any electric work!

  If I could give negative stars, I would. They were incredibly unprofessional and had zero communication and nonexistent customer service. I was told the job to connect my hot tub would be around $300, which is similar to other jobs my family has has done by other companies. Without saying a further word to me or even knocking on my door, the job was finished. Then a week later I got a bill for $720!! When I called about it, I got stonewalled. They said it was due to product cost and didn't even address the two extra hours I was billed for when the tec wasn't on site. Nothing was communicated to me through the entire process and no one I spoke to afterward wanted to do anything to address it. They never admitted to doing anything wrong, stating that it was my problem now. Oh, they eventually gave me a $20 discount, saying that was the best they could do. These people do not help their customers at all and seem to be out to steal all the money they can from their customers in an incredibly dishonest way. Shady Carr dealerships won't attempt bait and switch tactics of this magnitude. I don't know how they are still in business with behavior like this. It all sounded like a very typical response to them. I will never recovered Tec Electric to anyone for any job again.

  While these guys are a commercial company, focusing on commercial level projects and operating on smaller residential maintenance jobs through larger property management companies, they still went out of their way to help me. Without going into much detail, these guys not only take great pride in their work, as they should, they also take every pain to ensure that they themselves operate to the highest standard of excellence. Ensuring that things are done the right way. I had a whole fiasco come up involving myself, the rental company managing my residence, and TEC-Electric. TEC-Electric was incredible to work with, and instrumental to the resolution of that situation. Having operated in a number of major companies in leadership and managerial capacities, I feel qualified to state that the managing personnel at TEC-Electric set the bar high for moral professionalism. Incredible company! Extremely positive experience having worked with them.
