  I called this business to try to get a quote for an install on a new HVAC system and was assaulted with some of the most unprofessional conduct I have ever dealt with from a business. The person who answered the phone did not answer in a business like manner, so I asked if they were an HVAC contractor to ensure I had the right number. The operator responded with "I don't answer questions unless I know who you are and what you want", I told them my name and that I wanted a quote for a new system install. They then put me through a barrage of attacks questioning the legitimacy of my call, and in what town I was needing service. I responded with Marshall, Mo and they questioned me because I have an out of town phone number. I don't know if this person thinks so lowly of his town that he couldn't imagine someone moving, or just does not think someone would ever move out of their area code. But, at this point I knew that I no longer cared if they were in fact an HVAC contractor or not, because I wouldn't want them providing any service for me. To the owner of the business, I suggest you either ensure your phone number is correct, or discuss how the first contact with a business is what customers will remember most with your phone operator.
