It was late in the afternoon on Sunday. Made a quick run to pick up lawn bags. When I asked for directions, the associate from another department provided very specific directions where to find them. The cashier was super pleasant as well. All told, I was in and out of the store in about 10 to 15 minutes. So nice to be able to get this task done! Today, I am back out in the yard!

Dal, Tiffany in Kitchen, Susan at register and Jennifer were all amazing!!! I was truly impressed by the customer service experience. Kudos to Management for great training and cleanliness.  Your store was Exceptional.  Excellence on Purpose!!!!!!! Wonderful.  Keep up the AWESOME JOB EVERYONE.  All employees were smiling and pleasant.  Again, WELL DONE...

Great Product Quality and Availability, Great Customer Service, Friendly and Professional Associates.
However,Some areas organization of getting to products are difficult due to the store size. As a Senior, difficult to move around to get the products( ex, Plants and flowers, outdoor furniture etc.)

Well stocked store with great curbside pickup. Merpheia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me and even went back in to get an item for me! She was very kind and deserves recognition.

The cashier guy in the Garden Center was superb! So helpful, courteous and willing to lend a helping hand. He didnt let age stop him in going all the way to give customers what they needed! He should be commended!

This was my first visit to the home Depot off Lawrenceville highway and I think it's going to be my new go-to store. The staff was fabulous, the garden department is HUGE and carries larger, more healthy-looking plants and shrubs than I've seen at other Home Depots.

Again however, it was the staff that really impressed me. I was asked by several associates if I needed help (Tyler and Mr. K in photos) and Tiffany, who brought out my curbside items was great.  🙂

I think they should consider a stop light so that it's easier to make a left onto Lawrenceville Highway.

One of the busier Home Depots around the area. Great customer service. But as usual and anywhere, hard to find help down the aisles. Customer Service desk is great and very patient.

The lines were unusually long today and there was no one working the registers, only self checkout was available and I could not get assistance at the paint counter.  Perhaps they were short staffed.   A really nice young woman saw our plight and opened a register and she wad very friendly.

This place needs a massive refresh. The manager should rework the customer service department and their work ethic. Employees were sitting down while Many people were waiting in line. One small transaction took almost an hour. It was quite frustrating. I want to support an Atlanta business but next time I will instead drive across town to a competitor.

I have been coming to this Home Depot consistently for the past 8 months. There are several faces I see on the daily and know by name.  2 people specifically stand out for their excellent service,  smiling faces, positive attitudes and willingness to help.  Georgia (cashier in the garden section) is amazing,  friendly and always asks how business is doing.  I actually look forward to seeing her each time I go. Khaly can be found in the garden section as well as inside the store.   He has the biggest smile you will ever see and a heart  of gold.  He has gone above and beyond to help answer all my crazy questions and help find exactly what I'm looking for.  Thank you to these awesome humans for making my trips to
Home Depot pleasant ,cheerful,  and efficient.
