  I went to pick up paint and got it in less than 5 minutes. The lady team member that assisted me (wish I would have gotten her name) was also extremely helpful, although she was very busy and assisting other customers she took the time to take my information to add me to the store promotions and discounts list, which it's very helpful as I am continuously working on remodeling and decorating. I was provided with excellent customer service and I'd like to thank her and will when I come back to the store.

  Management never has enough people on staff for check out, always insanely long lines and their new military ID verification takes forever to get to work, even when I’m in uniform and have my ID with me they insist on using the app. Inventory is a mess and cashiers constantly have to scramble to find item prices. It’s not their fault and I always feel terrible for them; very stressful job. Management do your job and support your employees. There’s also always numerous employees shooting the breeze in customer service… somethings just not right.
