  From the moment I called the the company, the agent was frendly, actually listened, and spelled my name correctly (that never happens) and was reasuring. I then received a called from the office to confirm my appointment and all my details, shortly after. When the technicians arrived, they were super informative, answered all of my queations, made appropriate recommendations (did not try to offer things I did not need), and provided me with an estimate for the work. I decided to move dorward with the project and they did the work in less than 8 hours, and trust me, it was a LOT of work. The fact that the company, from the first call to the electricians finishing the project, told me what to expect at each stage and followed through accordingly, was amazing. The work is guaranted so definately call on them for your next electrical project. 100 stars to this company, for sure!

  After a mis- quote by an employee. Management called me back, they went over and above my expectations. After this experience they will be my go to electric company! Update- Carlos came out gave me a quote for the work to be completed, he explained what he was going to do and said he would be back on Friday to install. Everything looks great! I highly recommend Thomas Edison electric!
