  I’ve used Thor Electric for two different jobs. Both would probably be considered small. I’m used to having service providers either ignore or delay small jobs for weeks on end. Kyle was quick to respond and treated my work as importantly as any “big” job. I’ll definitely call Thor Electric for any size job in the future.

  We had a little electrical emergency at the house and the team was quick to address the problem even though it was after hours. They went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. What I thought would take days to resolve was finished in the span of a few hours.

  In the interests of transparency, let me say that I have never had work done by this company. My only experience with them is the incident I am about to describe. I was on my way home this evening when a man driving a Thor Electric company van committed an act of road rage against me. He decided to race me coming off a stoplight, then when I let him go ahead of me, he cut in front of me almost sideswiping my vehicle, and proceeded to slam on his brakes. We then both pulled over, (I did because I was on the phone with 911), he made a u-turn, and tried to engage me in an argument by yelling out his window as he passed me slowly going the other way down the road. I am posting this in a review because the behavior of this man reflects incredibly poorly on the company's reputation. This man's behavior was inexcusable, and there is no way that I would ever trust such a person to perform work for me. I hope that the management will consider more carefully who they allow to represent their brand by driving their company vehicles.
