  Unprofessional, poor customer service. Receptionist had 0 interest in giving me a quote. I called for a follow up to find out she didn’t bother writing down my info. She even laughed at me for requesting an estimate of when the electrician will call me to ask about my requested services. If you do no do residential jobs, please let customers know and avoid wasting our time. Also, consider replacing your receptionist. She made you lose a job to replace electrical wiring in a house, addition of a sub panel, as well as replacement of current main breaker box. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Client
