  Having lived in Vero Beach for almost 20 years I have had numerous companies come out when we needed large or small electric work and these guys are by far the best. They answer the phone when you call! They come out when they say they’re going to! The electricians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They do a very thorough job and even clean up after them selves. The pricing is very fair. I highly recommend them!!!

  Totally professional company. We had an emergency with the power and Vero Electrical was very responsive and professional. We had to have the power turned off to have the work done. They were there first thing in the morning, Biagio got our power back on in 4 hours. Considering the complexity of the job, that is outstanding. I recommend them to anyone needing any type of electric work.

  Don't waste your time. I called and had a scheduled appointment (10:30-12:30). My husband works from home and blocked the time on his work calendar. 1pm comes and still no electrician. I called and was told I was next in line, but they could not provide a time. Asked for a refund on my deposit so that I could reschedule. No response from owner on that request yet. Unless you have all day to wait around, don't bother.

  Hi Kim. I'm sorry there was apparently a miscommunication or an error on our part. The job was in the schedule for 2:30 - 4:30. It may be that I said 10:30 to 12:30 and, if so, my apologies! The refund was issued a few minutes after 1:00 p.m. You would have also received an email at around that same time. In addition, after processing your refund, I asked our Shop Foreman to call you and see if it would be helpful to have someone come sooner than 2:30 (and at no charge, assuming this was my error). I was told you declined. I then had the owner of the company call shortly after 2 p.m. and his call went directly to voicemail. He tried again around 3:30 p.m. and the second time he left a voicemail apologizing for the inconvenience. We apologize, again, mistakes do sometimes happen and we wish you very well in getting your work completed.
