  Very responsive. We had an electrical issue at our new house and they were able to diagnose and fix it quickly. Would certainly work with in the future.

  Seemed alright initially--exchanged messages after a call to set up time for a couple of small electrical projects. Set up time for 9:30 on a Saturday and never showed or followed up.

  Sorry for the inconvenience. I found the issue. This was the first time a job has come in by text only. It didn't show up in my call logs and somehow didn't get copied into my day planner.
