  In the repair business, not all jobs are created equal. Sometimes it's a quick fix, but sometimes a simple problem becomes an ordeal. The Williams' guys thought they'd be able to clean out the fins and replace the capacitor, but while they were working the fan and compressor both proved faulty. While they could have given up and charged me for a whole new unit, they worked diligently to get it running again without charging an arm and a leg. They're independently owned and personally invested in their business. The owner was personally involved and the employees are professional and sociable. It was a pleasure to support a local business over a faceless corporation as well.

  When I lived in Benton 5 years ago, I used these guys for HVAC maintenance, tankless water heater installation, and other plumbing work. Their prices were the best of 3 places I called for estimates, and the quality of their work is what you'd want and expect. Fast forward to the beginning of this year, and I have a different home with a little over 1700 sqft that needed a new furnace, a/c, duct work re-done, new duct work cut-in, an air return installed, etc. I received 3 quotes. The first was over $18k, the second was about $15k, and Williams' quote was even well below that. I also didn't have a propane tank yet, and was finding it impossible to get one in the timeframe needed. Chase and his team were able to find, install, connect it to the house, etc - in record time and everything is now finished. And I can assure you I paid less than if I had found and bought it myself. I just started using everything, and it seems to be working perfectly. They made sure the tank and HVAC were installed properly, and came back when asked to make sure everything was ship-shape. Chase, Hatch, Josh, and their team was at the top of my recommendation list 5 years ago, and they still are today. I won't use anyone else, though I will still get multiple quotes to help keep them honest :) :) They're professional, they know what needs to be done to do the job right, and if something doesn't go quite right, they have the integrity, pride, and work ethic to do whatever they can to make it right. I have plumbing and gas pipe work that will need to be done in the near future, and an installation of a new tankless water heater in the medium future, and rest assured Williams will be on the top of my list for all of that. Top notch people, top notch quality, and top notch knowledge.

  Getting my units replaced was a great experience with Williams Heat and Air. The estimate was quick and fair. They were in and out in a single day to replace two complete heating and AC units! I actually had some plumbing issues the day of the estimate and they had a plumber out in an hour to help me out. The plumbing side was just as great as the HVAC! All around great business to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing work.
