  Waited a week for a callback from anyone, still haven't heard anything. Even if they are to busy to take on new customers, a courtesy callback would be nice. Might want to work on the customer service aspect of the company.......

  A big thank you to Brett M. from Yahn Electric! After the big ice storm of Feb. 2022, he reset the power line to my mom's house and installed a new electrical box. Brett also worked to get AEP back to turn everything on.

  I am assuming this business is closed due to lack of returned calls. While I understand this a business and not a charity, a simple “not interested,” would suffice.
