24/7 All Services made my life as a Property Manager stress free. My project needed precise timing and coordination between several tenants, the owner, multiple utility companies, trenching company, electricians, plumbers, two AC systems being installed -- 24/7 made it all happen without a single problem. A miracle indeed. Highly recommend. Employees are well trained experts. Thank you.

I have been a repeat customer of 24/7 All Services for years now. They did an excellent job at completely remodeling my home. From floors, to scrapping the ceiling, to removing walls, electrical and plumbing fixtures, etc...almost a new house. Following that exceptional job, I decided to hire them to do the same thing at my 3 bedroom gulf front rental condo. I couldn't have been any more pleased. As a local realtor, they are the first people I turn to when providing references. Having someone you can trust is everything in my business. Thanks guys!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The owner, Ray, does not provide an itemized invoice. I asked three times for an hourly rate, cost of materials, and kept getting the run around. I was charged over $1800 for electrical work and he could not break down how many hours, how many electricians were used, the cost of wire, the cost per junction box nor how many boxes he used! When I broke down what I could, his fee for ONE box with wire was over $27. They are less than five dollars at an electrical store. Ray could only tell me they used three boxes. I had asked Ray to “make my house safe,” since there was a known problem with wiring. He failed to do so. I still have problems. The only evidence of 24/7 working on the wires was a hole cut near my utility room switch. He told me there would be an extra charge to patch the hole his people cut! He kept trying to sell me other work and items I didn’t want or need. I had to use an attorney to get an itemized bill which still is not correct! He also tried to charge me $195 for a pocket door that was already in place. It only needed to be put back on track, which took less than 10 seconds and no cutting or work and a handle (which I purchased) be installed. I had to argue to get that price reduced. Still cost me over $100. I was tired of negotiating and I needed my bathroom. His workers are handymen. The “plumber” informed me he did not have a license and was working under someone else’s license. Same for the electrician. I do know that at one point, a licensed electrician did show up at my house but I was never informed of the visit and while I was there, no one on site informed me they were more than a handyman.
