  Working with 3RD TERRAIN LTD was absolutely a pleasure. My wife and I needed a company that understood the importance of quality work because we often house events at our home. From the moment we contacted 3RD Terrain, the customer service was incredible. We had our driveway leveled, grade, and stone. The compliments we receive from our neighbors is event of the quality of work performed. My driveway is now the talk of my neighborhood and we are very happy about this. MOST importantly, we wanted a price point that made sense for our family. In Toledo it was challenging finding a company that didn’t charge an arm and a leg, so we were excited when we received the quote from the 3RD Terrain team. We will reach back out to you guys when we are ready to do our backyard.

  I'm so satisfied with the job performed by the crew. You guys did the pool demolition as if there was no pool in the backyard to begin with. I am so happy, the old pool is gone. You guys gave me such a great yard grading and clean finish. I will definitely recommend 3rd Terrain to my colleagues.

  They did such a great job scalping and leveling my yard. Gave me a nice pool preparation for my above ground pool. I'm so looking forward to summer now🤗🤗
