  Horrible experience. Lucas was my electrician. He came to my house two days and was very late each time. the first day, he only did a couple of hours of work and then asked if he could leave early, to which of course I said that he could. I spent over a $1200 with him. He installed recessed lights and the same day that he left I contacted him and told him that the lights were flickering. He scheduled a day, a week later to return and he did not show up. No call No show. I continued to try to contact him and he would not respond to any of my messages or my call. He eventually did return my message (not even a phone call about a week later and scheduled another appointment with me for another week later, to which again he did not show up. The next time that I attempted to contact him he had blocked my number. He then a third time contacted me by message only and scheduled a third appointment for another week later to which he again did not show for a third time. I thought that he was a nice young man and we had great conversation while he worked and he even ate food and drank my coffee that I prepared both days that he came to work. But I did not pay for companionship, I paid for a service. If you use this company, do not use Lucas. Poor customer service. Now I have to pay someone else to see why the lights are flickering. I will also be contacting the better business bureau. I would give zero stars if it would let me. I contacted 50 Electric and was told that he does not work for their company but he is misrepresenting himself and using their company name. They also said that he was not knowledgeable enough to do electrical work which is why he no longer works for them.

  Mr. Toni Toni. I am sorry for the bad electrical experience you had. Unfortunately, you have contacted the wrong company. This is 50 States Electric. As you wrote in your review, you are writing about "50 Electric". You are not the only person that has confused my business with the one you are writing about. The last negative Google review that we received, was about someone upset like yourself, wanting to write a review about "50 Electric" and commenting about the same situation that you are describing. I did some research and found that they are not listed on Google, so you are not able to leave review. All they have is a website, that is only found by doing a specific search by the name that you mentioned in your review.

  Gerald was fantastic. Super professional and timely. And the experience was excellent. We had him install 240 volt circuit for our sauna and he did it super easily. Prices were great as well. Overall the most professional electrician I’ve encountered. We already got a chandelier quote for another project

  I found 50 States on the web and Gerald did not disappoint. He is very thorough and extremely flexible. I called him with an issue as I was leaving town and Gerald fit me in the next day. You will not be disappointed.
