  Russ was fantastic! He was responsive and should up when he said he would. Very knowledgable, thorough, and HONEST. When another company said we needed a completely new heat pump system, Russ figured out the thermostat was bad. If you need a HVAC repair, make Russ your first call!

  We were having an issue with our air not working, and inside temp was climbing. Called Russ and talk about service, he was here within 2 hours. He was fantastic and got us cold air again. We recently moved to McMinnville and if we have any issues with heat or cooling we will be using his services again. Don't call another company, Russ was outstanding. Pricing was beyond belief, wonderful value, great service, and most of all there when needed. We highly recommend him for any and all heating and cooling needs you may have!

  Wow. What a great experience it was with Russ! We just moved to McMinnville a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, our heating and air unit outside began to make a TERRIBLE noise over the weekend. I jumped online Monday morning, and saw all of the great reviews for Russ. I filled out the contact form and requested a call. Russ called me and I discussed with him the issue. We quickly worked out a time for him to come out, and he seemed very diligent in his attempt to come out the same day. He arrived when he said he would. Now, here was one of the things I enjoyed most: He was friendly! He seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me out. Yes, I understand he was paid, but still, I have utilized several companies for different services, that not only over charged, but was repair man was very grumpy WHILE they over charged me! The part I needed was not the cheapest (much because of the brand of unit I have) and Russ was upfront and it. However, I feel the repair price was fair and it CERTAINLY was prompt! I usually do not hover around when someone is repairing something, but I so genuinely enjoyed talking and getting to know Russ and again was pleasantly surprised and how down right kind he was. I signed up for maintenance and service and I now have no need look any further for a quality repairman for my heating and air. Honest, fair, prompt, and kind: what more can you ask for?!
