Upfront, This company hasn’t done work for me yet, but so far I am really stoked with everyone I have spoken to or met. Brie in customer service was very friendly and quickly assisted me in setting up a last minute appointment. Then Luke came by to diagnose the mess that is my heating system. First off, he was very responsive to the service call and worked with me to schedule a time to come by for a first impression of the situation. He was professional, sympathetic to our situation and seemed to be all about his gig. He did a fantastic job breaking down the system and what we needed and why. I got a nice lesson on the wizardry behind HVAC function and what did what. Recently dealt with four other companies that can’t come close to comparing to my first impression of A-Advanced. From these first impressions, I look forward to rating the quality of their work just as high.

This 1 star review is not for the company but the technician. When he arrived he was rude cutting my sentences off as I walked him thru my home and explained I was a 1st time homeowner. I tried to explain that any info he could tell me would be useful. After his 30min inspection (inside and outside) we met in my living room for the results. He proceeded to tell me to "prepare for a major break down" because the age of my system. He did not offer any other reasoning and suggested I not "patch and fix" when my system fails but to "start saving now for a $12,000 new system". He was blunt and direct about this and did not give any details of his findings or lack there of. He even told me I might make it through this winter but "don't count on this thing running any longer it's way past its life expectancy". Please don't send him or his assistant on any other service calls for me. Thanks.

Had them install a complete new system in my home in may 2021. Stopped working 4 months later. The company tried to charge a $125 service call fee, saying I had a 30 day warranty on labor. It was only when I presented an invoice for the original replacement showing a 1 year labor warranty that they "waived" the fee. The leak was traced to a poor weld and was ultimately repaired at no cost to me. The service technician was very polite and efficient. Make sure to save all paperwork.
