BE AWARE… Rip off city. Got a quote for 400 bucks. Technician shows up and says I didn’t bring enough wire. Then goes on to go to Home Depot gets more wire comes back and installs. After he installs we then get hit with $170 fee on top of the $400 quote. Then I noticed that he turned our plug upside down now our RV won’t plug-in to run power. Called them and asked why did he turn my plug around. He said that’s the only way that’s the only way I could get it to work. I said that’s not gonna work for me you need to come fix it. So he came back out fixed it put the right plug that it needed to be and then charged me another $160. I was like why I didn’t make that mistake. So I called his boss Cody and he said that he would get back to me and now it has been over a week and nothing. I call and get no response. So unprofessional.

Mr Solis, First let me say , You are correct, there was an oversight on our end and for that I have gladly refunded to you the error in charges . This is not a typical error in our business and we do pride ourselves on trust, honesty and satisfaction. I hope that we have rectified this situation to your satisfaction and you will trust us to do the same quality work should you need any services in the future .
