  Cleaned the gas thing a ma bob ?? Removed clogged gas thingy and cleaned soot from another thing I can’t remember. Great job A & E Heating and AC. They responded first thing thanks Emily. Great professional job John S. And we enjoyed him personally. We will be cozy warm now and will get the A and E member plan. Thank you and Happy New Year.

  We had just bought a new (old) house and after my first shower in our new home we learned we had a water main issue. A & E happened to have a tech nearby when I called and Randy arrived in 30 minutes. After power snaking for probably a good hour, we then ran a camera where we identified a 'grease milkshake.' I was facing likely a $10k+ water main replacement but due to some creativity on Randy's part, some teamwork between the two of us, and keeping a positive attitude, Randy was able to spare my fiance and I a miserable fate. When we ran the camera the 2nd time, the grease was 97-99% gone. I will always call A & E and specifically Randy (when available) for any and all future plumbing issues at my home.

  Addison did a great job answering the phone regarding any questions. She is very polite conscientious and great w follow up..as well as Joan. Rene and Cruz were professional pleasant and thorough in inspecting and cleaning ductwork and cleaning up afterwards
