  We've used A&K for over 10 years for all of our electrical needs. Not only are they top notch electricians but they've hung many ceiling fans, sensor lights and other lighting. They do great work for a fair price and we completely trust them (and our dogs love them). AND, as a family business, you don't get any of that national chain BS. I'd recommend to anyone who wants a local, dependable, outstanding electrician.

  My wife and I have had 2 homes built in the last 11 years and once the builders get done with their lighting contributions we call A&K to provide us with quality products. They always work with us in a friendly, and professional manner. Nick is top notch. When he enters your home, you feel as if a family member is there to take care of you. That attribute is amazing in itself. Now harness the "power" and you discover that the entire staff exhibits the same dedication. To all at A&K Empire Electric we say THANK YOU !

  A&K did several things for us during our kitchen renovation: moved light switches and electrical outlets to accommodate new tile, installed undercabinet and overcabinet lighting, and placed new fixtures. They made 3-4 different trips out to our house to work during different phases of the renovation. Unlike other contractors, they provided an exact time of arrival and ALWAYS arrived when they said they'd be there. They were nice and handled all of the work very professionally and cleaned up when they were done. I wouldn't ever use anyone else.
