  Just moved to Hampton from out of state and have several projects that we need an electrician for. Called several times and left messages regarding someone to come out to give us an estimate. None of my calls were returned. Finally I was able to reach someone who told me they had screened my calls because of my out of state phone number and they thought I was a spam caller. Ok, annoying but I get that. I let the gentleman know that we needed an estimate on some projects. I was told that they would give me a call back the following week to set up an appointment to come out. They took down my contact information and that was that. The following week came, no call. I started to call them back once the week was coming to an end to follow up and again, no one picked up and no one returned my calls. It’s incredibly frustrating because we need to get a new washer/dryer since our current units are going out but we can’t until I get someone out move some outlets and switches to accommodate the new units we intend to buy. I would go down to their office in person and give them a piece of my mind for wasting my time and the complete lack of professionalism but I have a newborn at home and honestly have enough on my plate as it is to take someone down a peg or two over horrible customer service, so I hope this review will suffice. I will definitely be taking our current and future business elsewhere.

  The boss (Mike) came alone. Got the job done even though he had to go up in the attic with 12 inches of blown in fiberglass. Highly recommend.
