  I wanted electric ran to my pool. I had them come out. I called multiple times to set up a time to start. I was told we will get you an estimate sent. After two weeks I called another company and it was done in 3 days.

  Rude on the phone. I do sales for a small local company, and the marketing guy was short and rude with me, then hung up on me.
