Very nice and courteous. Wasn't cheap but didn't try to gouge me either. Came right on out even though it was storming. Found one of the problems fairly quickly. Was an Entergy problem so not something he could fix but could have burned the house down. While he was here he looked at and fixed a couple of small issues that he really didn't have to fix. We will definitely use him again.
