  Prompt, polite, professional!! I'm a fairly new widow who had what I thought was an electrical crisis! All I can say is don't call anyone else. These young men saved the day for me! I haven't seen this level of customer service for a long time. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with this company!

  I have called multiple times over a period of a month, not once have I gotten a person to answer the phone so that I could get an estimate. Leaving a voicemail is pointless as well.
