  These people lie about their fees! If a woman answers the phone and tells you that it'll be $49.00 to get them to come out and look at the problem and then give you a quote for what needed to be done afterward before doing the work, they are lying. They were in my house for not even 5 minutes and told me my dishwasher was bad, and I needed a new one. They went back out to their van to write an invoice and ultimately charged me $178.00 total. $49.00 for the dispatch fee and then $129.00 for "Job Fee". This is outrageous. When I called back to complain about it, they tell me that was the evaluation fee, yet on my invoice it says $0 for the evaluation fee and $129 for the "Job Fee".... Also, their technician said it was their "hourly rate". So I guess the $49 dispatch fee is just to get them to the front door and then it's $129 when they walk in your house and touch anything and they DO NOT TELL YOU BEFORE DOING THE "WORK"...

  We were charged double what we should have been. Called this company because they had done a lot of work on the home our son purchased and had been reasonable with us in the past...I do NOT recommend them any longer...GREED

  I have had Able out to the farm many times. They do great work - be it plumbing or electric. From Ross, Lane, Jason and especially Tyler- you will be treated right by this company. Highly recommended.
