Deeply disappointed! They did good work for us in the past but I hired Alex again to install an outlet and switch in a bathroom. I tried to help him out and even removed the drywall so he didn’t need to do anything but run the wire and install the switch. Alex rescheduled four times and the last time he apologized and asked if he could do the work on Saturday. I confirmed the day before but on Saturday he didn’t show up and never returned my phone calls or messages. We bent over backwards to accommodate his schedule and even took off work because he said he had a big job in Ripley and there were problems. All I would have asked is to have the professionalism and common courtesy to let us know you either didn’t want to do the job or had something come up. I would NOT RECOMMEND Alex or the company because he has no respect for people or their time. Especially that I lost a day of work and almost a week later hasn’t returned any calls with no explanation. Terrible customer service. I had a lot of other work, more expensive jobs and referrals with a few other people but not anymore.

These guys were great. The box on the pole needed replaced and Alex came down after hours to look at it and give the estimate. 36 hours later it was fixed and we once again had power in our house. Love these guys, love how friendly and polite they were, and definitely love the price and the speed which the job was done in. We have other work that will need done in the future and these are the people we are calling when the time comes.

We purchased a house built in 1927 that needed some electrical upgrades. Alex is doing the work for us and has been fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend.
