  All in all, great service. The techs were responsive to my questions and very professional. Pricing was fair and reasonable and most importantly, they arrived on time and job was completed when they said it would be. I would recommend.

  Serious Hat tip to Abraxas tech., Aldo, who was quick to diagnose a vexing problem with my solar system monitoring when techs from another firm failed, and worse, had actually caused the problem. He patiently tolerated the owner's incessant questions and explained the various fixes he was applying in a non-condescending manner and was professional, patient, and good humored when calling the manufacturer's support line, located on the other side of the planet--a feat the owner could never manage over the past year of attempting to get the system fixed.

  Same day service, at the time promised. Gave good advice when he realized that it was a new home and contacted the installing electrician and explained the issues. AND did not charge for the visit.
