  They do great work but their office staff is unprofessional. I have used this service multiple times and the same thing happens each time. You call and make an appointment and you change your schedule to accommodate the date and time. No one shows up so you call the office and get a totally different time. The time change is 3 hours later and no one from the office calls you with the reschedule. If you use this service I suggest you call their office the day before to confirm the appointment and call again the day of around 9 after their crew meeting to get the real time. This is so frustrating and a waste of my time.

  Fast and efficient and professional. Had issues with main breaker. Responded within an hr, they found the problem, made trip back to office for parts and was fixed within hrs, definitely my go-to for any future needs.

  Pat always answers his phone and shows up when he says he will. He did a great job on a couple of projects that I honestly was a little worried were to small for him. He fixed the issues the first time and was clean and professional.
