  So my realtor highly recommended this company for inspection, this is my first home therefore I do not know much of the business revolving around this industry so I went with his suggestion. My mother had noticed a loose fan in the master room. It was mentioned and in the report it was noted that two upstairs rooms required loose fans to be repaired. I assumed that was including the master as the fan was obviously lose. The repairs were done by the previous owners and inspection was passed by them. The day I moved in I had to contact my realtor about the master room fan as it was not done, the next week Jesse a tech came out and confirmed that; that fan was lose but he was only told to repair the other two upstairs rooms. I expressed my frustration for this not being noticed as it was a problem prior to me owning the home. And it’s BAD, they told me to repair it it would cost around 260.00, not impressed. As it was something they for sure missed. They won’t answer my calls, their voicemail is full. Just not very professional at all. Very disappointed with the experience. On top of that they failed to realize my fridge doesn’t have its own plug it’s connected to an entire walls power source so I cannot plug in any outlets in an entire wall in my kitchen or it will blow the fuse. Just very disappointing experience as a whole and a lot of things were missed or over looked

  Doug is one of the most dishonest Electricians I have ever hired. I paid Doug and his company to inspect a house before I bought it. Then I had his company do the repairs that he suggested. When I went to sell the home he inspected it again for the buyers. What do you know? The inspection came back that Doug said that I needed more electrical repairs (some of which I had paid him for). Numerous messages were left for Doug to call me back to discuss the incomplete job and dishonest business practices. No response. Needless to say Doug still got paid to do the repairs (twice). He inspects the property for many of the Realtors in town, does the work, and then the inspection. This is a terrible conflict of interest (some cases illegal) for the local realtors, the customer, and Doug. Don’t do it! Call an inspector and then a reputable electrician.

  Absolute Electric was incredible. They did the work we needed this summer during a time that was incredibly busy for them. The electrician was knowledgeable, courteous, competent, and timely. Doug stopped by to make sure everything was going well. His customer service is top-notch. I will recommend Absolute Electric any time.
