  I was under the gun to have my electrical panel upgraded by the condo association. I contacted FirstEnergy and they put me in touch with AC Electric. Response was immediate and my first interaction with Todd Fowler was professional at the start! He explained what work needed to be done and gave me an estimate for that work. Deciding to use AC Electric to do the replacement, my second interaction was with John, who was on time as scheduled. He worked quietly as possible, kept me up to date on what he was doing and after completion showed me the brand new panel. Deciding to add a surge protector, John prepped the work that was to be completed by William Dominguez, who was equally prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I have no knowledge of electric and could have easily been ripped off but these three men and their dispatch team walked me through everything and I feel I got what my money paid for and more. I would highly recommend using AC Electric for your next project. And did I mention my new panel came with a lifetime guarantee! Not one year like most places, so think about that too, when choosing an electrician. Plus, I passed inspection and can feel safe that all is well in my home. Thank you AC Electric.

  Some electrical outlets were tripping switches in my new condo so needed a total inspection after some renovating. Previous owner lived here 30 years. I was very pleased with the gent who came. He inspected, replaced a switch, and helped me to label the electrical box. He also gave suggestions on what could be updated in the future. I am VERY PLEASED with the company and will DEFINITELY use them again! This all took place in June 2021

  We had a problem with AC Electric’s work, and they made it right in every way. Todd provided stellar service. His work was impeccable. We always felt comfortable with him in our home. We are grateful for his excellent, “above and beyond” correction of the problem. William was also very helpful and immediately began steps to correct the issue we had. Terrific customer service and responsiveness. Highly recommend.
