  I purchased a new Hot Springs hot tub from Oregon Hot Springs in Medford All that was needed was to hook up my existing 220 from my old hot tub to the new one. They recommended Matt. Bad idea. First he tried to charge me $170 hr from the time he left his shop until he returned, suggesting I could not afford him. Then he stood me up. Then he called the next day to say he “lost my address” Rude. I booked another company to do the job. . Avoid him. Hes dishonest and rude. So unpleasant. .

  Matt is a hack. He came to my house and suggested an amateurish fix to a simple problem. I told him to pack up and leave. He tried to bill me $300 for his "drive time". When I questioned that amount he started threatening liens and became verbally abusive. Total jerk and not professional.

  Matt and Brian of Accurate Electric have always done a great job for me. Today's job was on-time and under budget. Great guys, always do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend them.
