  I give them 1 star for answering the phone. Technicians have always been nice friendly and respectful. Loyal customer 18 years. Have always been extremely satisfied with quality of work and employees UNTIL .. "New Owners" took over. Tanya is rude, talks over you, does not listen and is quick to tell you she has over 4,000 customers. Well she lost one customer today If you are not able to help a customer you should treat that customer with respect.
