  They've had my generator for over a month and to my knowledge still haven't started physically working on it nor ordered parts yet. Very disappointed and they are putting me in a very bad spot not having this unit to finish my project.

  Brain, Our apologies. When you inquired about the repair, we inform all customers that we don't give out timelines on completions of repairs. They can and do take time to complete. We did and do have other customers in front or your repair. You are very important to us as are all customers and we do try to get to each project as quickly as we can. Thank you for your input.

  Recommended from a friend. Hired them to install service at a house I was rebuilding. Price was very reasonable and service was great from office staff. Workers were prompt, professional and clean with their work. I was more than satisfied with the work they did and any issues I had were addressed and fixed with no questions asked.
