  Awful, awful, awful. Does not listen to what client wants. Arrogant; thinks he knows better than anyone and does things “his” (wrong) way rather than the right way. Misplaces parts and replaces with wrong parts that don’t match. Wastes materials. Just a disaster!

  Dagny Taggart, feedback is very important to us and we take matters like this very seriously. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no record or recollection of you or any customer experience fitting your story or description. After investigating further on the same day you gave a 5 star review to a realtor for selling your home. We contacted the realtor because it is not uncommon for a realtor to hire an electrician for any electrical issues found before closing. The realtor searched his records he had no customer by the name and due to Covid he has not sold any homes recently only commercial property. We are sorry you had a bad experience with an electrician but it was not with Ace Electric.
