Tony and his assistant did a great job! Their work was efficient, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend them and I look forward to working with them again. My water heater is up and running, within no time. My breaker and wire was undersized and they were able to fix and solve the problem. Also another pleasant surprise, they took time to clean up after themselves thoroughly. I am happy to give a great review. Thanks guys!

I was pleasantly surprised that this company was initially responsive. They sent a very nice gentleman out for an estimate within a week of my initial request. However, once this gentleman left, that is where my experience went south. The estimator asked that I provide some additional details to the VP of the company. I emailed the information to him with a request to confirm receipt of the information. After several days went by without a response, I emailed again and left him several messages. It took a long time to finally receive the quote from the VP of the company. I approved the quote despite it being much higher than the other one because the estimator told me that they could get the job completed quickly. This was important because I had the foam insulation scheduled inside a tight window. When I emailed the approved quote back, I received an out of office reply from the VP with instructions to contact two other individuals. I reached out to both of them without success. After another week of hearing from no one, I texted the original estimator to let him know that I was cancelling the agreement due to the communication issues that I was having with the VP and the other members of the company. Within minutes I FINALLY received a phone call from the VP and a follow up email. I went with the other company because they were responsive and did what they said they would. I also saved nearly 3K.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding displayed between myself and anyone with Ace Electric Service. All calls are returned daily, and, in the order, they are received as are our estimates. Unfortunately, we have been backed up on estimates lately, but this too was explained to you onsite. I personally emailed confirmation of receipt for your HVAC requirements (the final email with details needed to complete your quote) and returned your estimate 48-hours later. While I do understand time is of the essence, we also work estimates in order. Each time returning your calls (three separate times) we never connected, so I had to leave a voicemail. In regard to the text, email, and voicemail you mentioned above; your email requested a call at my convenience but didn’t mention it as needing emergency service. I do apologize for misunderstanding that on my part. I’m sure you understand there are typically some follow up items that needs to be addressed after having a long weekend which happened to be the case. I would recommend a phone call in the future should you need to speak with someone faster than the 4-hour difference between time of email received and time of returned call.

Service was prompt and professional. Charles had the knowledge and equipment to diagnosis the problem and came up with the most effective solution to repair it. I was impressed and the fee was more than reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Ace electric to anyone & everyone I know. Top notch company in my book!
