  I was absolutely satisfied with the service, the professionalism, and most importantly, I was very happy with the end product. Jon was superb, so much so, that I would like to have another job done. Please make sure I get Jon again even if that means waiting for him to free up.   Ace Handyman just finished up putting in a new subfloor and tile work. Dale our craftsman did a great job and make sure he keep my wife and I updated on what was going on with the project. Thank you Dale and Lesa for making our experience a great one. We will be using your services in the very near future.

  Hello again, Morgan here. I posted a review on 10/20 about the “service” I received from Ace handyman. Ironically, the owner responded to my review on google trying to convince the public that they reached out to me via email on 10/8. They also stated that the email “may have” went to my spam folder, which is not true. I checked my emails primary and spam folder. Nothing, not one email from Ace…. Personally, as a businesswoman, as soon as I read the first review, I would have called personally and apologized, emphasizing my want to help. My door and window is still broken and I have yet to receive ANY kind of follow up phone call since the first week of October. The only communication I have received was the response to my first review. Which was unneeded. I let all this time go by JUST TO SEE if anyone would call me back…. Once again, nada. No need to reach out after this 2nd review. I’ll find someone else. Have a blessed weekend.
