  Your Review We had two great experiences with Robert. He was very competent, professional and friendly. The jobs were not the easiest and he breezed through them. One of the jobs was putting together a large piece of furniture that came in pieces. It would’ve taken us three months to attempt to put this thing together and then it would’ve sat in the box. Robert was amazing and put the whole thing together. We are very gratefulTo know about Ace and about Robert. We will be calling him again.

  The representative, Carlos, was straightforward and explained my options. After a brief discussion, we decided that my wife and I should visit our local Ace store and pick out the faucet we wanted, and re-schedule to have it installed. I was not charged for the visit and will have him return to do the installation. No plumbing company has ever been so open and considerate. Thanks, Carlos, I will reschedule and ask for you!

  I am absolutely delighted with this company! Kristi, the office manager, is kind, personable, funny and very detail-oriented. My handyman, Robert, was a GEM! He listened carefully when I explained what I wanted (string lights installed around a gazebo and a patio) and double-checked that he executed the plan as I intended. Quick, professional, knowledgeable to the max. I'm already planning to have him come back for another project. Great company, excellent value, superior service.
