Dan, and everyone from the team of ACE, are great. They are prompt and professional. Dan took the time to go over what was wrong and what future things I could do to protect my home and myself from further issues. The best part, is that I was able to do everything remotely, with my roommate being at the house to let them in. Thank you for the great service!

When I called, the staff was friendly and were able to send someone out the following day. Eliud was the technician who came. He was friendly, very informative and was able to fix everything on the spot. Very professional company, we will definitely be using them again!

Nobody told us about the dispatch service fee. When a representative of the company reached us over the phone for the appointment reminder, we asked several times if there was an service fee for coming to the house to give us an estimate for the repairs and she said no. Also, we asked the technician before coming to the house and he again said no. But be aware! there is a "dispatch service fee". We wouldn't been mad if they had told us since beginning, but the fact that it was brought it up at the end it made us very upset and not wanting their service anymore. We have to say though that the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
