  He showed up on time and did a good job. He was clean and very nice and personable. He did his job in a timely manner and left the job clean. I am very happy that ACI comes out every year to perform their maintenance and when I have to call them for an emergency they come out right away.

  In general, our experience with ACI has been positive but this issue has now been going on for about a month and a half so far and the same problem is still there. To date we have spent $550 dollars and still have no heat or hot water. The Crown boiler that ACI installed in 2017 required repairs just two months out its 1 year warrantee and is now malfunctioning again. At this point, having already spent $550 on this issue we are now being informed that the next repair will cost approximately $1380 and there is no guarantee that this will fix the problem either. As much as we appreciate the efforts of the various ACI personnel, we do not feel that this is reasonable service and we would never, ever recommend a Crown boiler to anyone.

  Arrived on time, courteous, explained work to be done. Explained option of monthly pay, covers heating and cooling maintenance . Did not give senior discount that was supposed to be given according to phone rep when appointment made. I forgot to ask but shouldn't have had to ask.
