Josh the sales rep came out and was very informative and professional. I decided on the Mitsubishi mini split for a upstairs loft which has never been able to adequately cool and heat due to having so many large windows and only 1 duct coming from a existing hvac. Dale the tech came the following morning along with his helpers to install it . They did a great job. Pleased with this new unit.

Acosta is great - I can always count on them to do high quality work and they clean up after as if they were not even there. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable and on time. We have been suing Acosta for over 10 years and happy with their service.

The technician was great did a fabulous job if rating based just off him I would rate 5 stars. But - it took over a month to get a appointment and supposedly I have "priority scheduling", they cancelled original appointment at last minute, luckily I had some time to reschedule and they sent him out unprepared. He had to wait for the filter to be brought to him.
