  When his crew arrived at our home to install our solar system, they had "plans" drawn on a napkin. I was under the impression they were only placing the polls. The system was installed the same day, NOT to the spwcifiatispec we were informed that it would have and that the specific area cleared was for. We were told that our system was going to be a 3x10 array and installed was a 2x15 array. He refused to change anything. What happened to old fashion customer service? What happened to the customer being right? What happened to fixing your mistakes? I'm not very happy with his work or the company that we went through to get our solar system installed.
