  I have read some of the reviews and having some of the same problems. Slow notifications, no recording, blurred vision on camera. Tech came out several times, problems not resolved. Charged for tech coming out. I've only had system 4 months and it has not worked properly. I left a company that was excellent but going for better plan cost wise. Don't do it. Everything they say about others is exactly what adt is doing. Rope you into this 3 year contract for poor service you can't get out. It's like the old saying....Cheaper is not always better. I can't wait for these 3 years to be over. Day 1 after contract...goodbye adt

  I had an employee road rage out on me this morning. First, high beams in my rear view. Then at the traffic light, got out of his car yelling at me. I was terrified. He then drove off erratically going very fast while giving me the finger. Absolutely unbecoming. I'll never use this company because of this.

  I wish I could give a zero. The cancellation department is horrible, I was on hold for 2 hrs, ridiculous. We were with them over 20 years & was just contacted about upgrades in 2022, that's 😥, we had a thunderstorm that caused the alarm to not shut off, ADT didn't call no police showed up, we had to unplug it. No more ADT for us. I could go further but they need to go out of business with this kind of trash service.
