  If I could give this company a negative, I would!! I haven’t even started running off solar yet and I have ran into so many problems with these people. Their customer service absolutely is the worst. The people act like they hate their job. They treat you the way they feel. They’re not thorough at all. They have no communications skills with their customers or amongst themselves. Nobody EVER returns your calls/emails/texts!!! I’m truly regretting going with this company. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the idea.

  My experience with SunPro has been one of the best experiences i've ever had when it comes to dealing with a company. I called for questions regarding solar power to my home and sales rep, James Loperfido, came out quick and walked me through the whole thing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Best part was that he didn't try to sell me, he answered my questions and told me the straight forward facts that let it sell itself. The process thereafter was a breeze. The project manager always kept me up to date on the status of the entire process until the day of installation. The crews that came out for install were courteous, respectful, and walked me through every process as they completed the job. Big thanks to everyone involved! 10/10 will refer to interested friends and family. SunPro is the way to go!

  We had a wonderful experience with Sunpro. It began with our salesman, Matt Thro. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Reggie was the team leader for the installation crew. They were all very professional. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned everything before they left. Everything is up and running and we couldn't be happier with Sunpro!
