      Waited a week for them to unclog a drain and they never even called me to let me know they needed to reschedule. I had to call them to find out they weren’t going to show up to my scheduled service. I went with a another company. I would not recommended any branch of advanced appliance repair.

      As of this writing I have not had them perform any repair.. that is still under consideration......mScheduled maintenance thru my home warranty company. Tech was on time and identified the issue, however he did not communicate the actual issue but rather tap danced around it giving me 3 options one of which was his preference to replace my entire HVAC system to the tune of $7K+. They sent out a survey specialist to go over the system replacement but when further queried it became apparent it was merely an evaporator coil which the home warranty company covers .most of the cost. Advanced has drug their feet I. Submitting the diagnosis to the HW company with excuse after excuse as to whether they could even find the part. I called the manufacturer *Rheem) and got the replacement part # and was informed it was in stock and could be shipped. Called Advanced twice today , was first told Bradley would call me after his lunch, at 4pm I called and got him on the phone with a response that they were still researching the parts/ issue, once pressed I was then told I would get a call back in 45min. 5 min later I get a VM stating they would submit to the HW company today or tomorrow. Another delay. I was further to it would take around 2 weeks for the part to come in. Advanced got the work order from the HW company on April 12 2021, now three weeks into this and 2 weeks after the tech was put to evaluate I get another 2 week +window to make get the system repaired. When they came to survey for a full system replacement I was told they would get that all installed within the week. So folks what's wrong with this picture? Had I agreed to spend $7k to replace my system they would jump thru hoops to make that money, but since I opted to replace ONLY the part necessary the back burner my Work Order and start giving unacceptable windows to repair. My opinion is they are merely looking for big dollar tickets and will work to get those in queue but if opting to be fiscally responsible and only replace necessary parts to keep the system operational they stonewall, delay and neglect to submit data to proper channels in order for a home owner to have their system operational. They are not the only game in the Triad and even if I end up paying more from another company because my HW company contracts with them it very well .ay be worth the expenditure. My suggestion is BEWARE it seems as though the tech must be getting commission on upsetting for replacement systems vs doing only necessary repairs. This is what I get for living in an upscale neighborhood, they think one wishes to pay unnecessary costs and then when refused they punish by delay tactics. THINK ON!

We are perfectly happy to help fix this for you under your home warranty and what every they decide and pay for is perfectly fine and acceptable with us. We do find how ever that many home warranty customers get tired of waiting for the home warranty to replace an older system as they usually are only interested in repairing in no matter what. Many customers would prefer to sometimes know all their options. But we're fine doing whatever your happy with. I'll have the office reach out. Thanks Mike

      We have been a customer of Advanced Appliance for several years, They just recently replaced the motor in our septic tank. Their service technicians were excellent, very polite and professional. I give them a 5 star anytime. Great Company.
