  Advance Repair and Maintenance has always went above and beyond my expectation. Hands down the best costumer service and most professional group of service people out there. When I was looking too upgrading my heat pump and air handler, Mr. Dan and his team provided me answers to all the questions I had. Never did they force the sale on me. Being this replacement was going to be an expensive one, I shopped around and Mr. Dan had the best price. While waiting for our new AC to come in, our current system messed up. I reached out to Mr. Dan and he took several phone calls and made several trips to make sure that our air was working and continued contacting Trane to see if they could expedite. Not only did Trane expedite but Mr. Dan was able to get them to upgrade the air handler I was purchasing for the same price. Now that is taking care of a customer. Once equipment was in he was willing to come and put it in on a Saturday but being he fixed our AC up we had at the time, I told him that replacing it on that following Monday was fine. They arrived first thing Monday Morning, on labor day and replaced our system. The Trane system we purchased from him, I was amazed how quite the system was. Not only is it quite but it is very efficient. This system pulls the humidity out our house, which makes it feel wonderful, but also does a fantastic job of cooling our home making it very comfortable. If you are looking for a experienced team, great customer service before and after sale, and a great price, Call Mr. Dan at Advance Repair and Maintenance. You wont be disappointed.

  Been using company for over 15 years. He has installed several units for me, my mom and rentals. Saved us many uncomfortable nights by showing up right away. Fair prices and great service. Can’t say enough good things about the company.
