  We are a rapidly growing business and we recently had the opportunity to expand our offices into new space and we needed a general contractor for the buildout of 6 new offices including floors and electrical. Based on their reputation we solicited bids from only one vendor, Advanced Services. Mark Bryson did one 30 minute walkthrough and got a complete understanding of our needs and gave us a firm proposal on the project within a few days. The building managers, a large national company, felt the quote was high so they brought in their own trusted vendor to also do a walkthrough and quote. They sent out 5 different people to walk it over three weeks. The building manager was then embarrassed because their vendors came in much higher and wasted a lot of time on both sides. And to put the nail in the coffin of the other vendors, Advanced Services then executed the proposal with no complications and completed the project within a week of their estimate. This is our first experience with their team, and we promise it won’t be the last. Great job!

  I don’t know who I encountered, but tonight in a parking lot I watched a couple in your truck repeatedly honk at a car that was stuck. While the young man inside was trying to get out of the way, they sped past and flipped him off. if this is the behavior you think is appropriate to treat random people, then I certainly don’t think you should be in business. What a horrible thing for my kids to witness about how people treat one another
